  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 2 oz low-carb vanilla ice cream

  • 3 1/2 fl oz filtered water

  • Toffee Sauce
  • 5 oz coconut milk

  • 10 medjool dates, pitted

  • 2 tbsp honey
