Prep time




  • 3 1/2 oz Galia melon (skinned and deseeded)

  • 3 1/2 fl oz almond milk

  • melon slice to decorate


  • Skin and deseed the Galia melon
  • Chop the melon into chunks and freeze
  • Put the frozen melon into the blender
  • Pour over the almond milk
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into a drinking glass then decorate on top with the sliced melon
  • Enjoy!
