Ingredients

  • 3 ice cubes

  • 3 1/2 oz strawberries

  • 1 oz smooth peanut butter

  • 1 oz whey protein powder

  • 0.6 cup still water (preferably filtered)

  • 1 strawberry to decorate

Directions

  • Put ice cubes to the blender
  • Add the strawberries
  • Add the peanut butter
  • Add the whey protein powder
  • Add water
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into a drinking glass then decorate with strawberry
  • Enjoy!
