Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz peaches (skinned and stoned)

  • 3 1/2 oz tofu

  • 2 oz low-carb vanilla ice cream

  • 3 1/2 fl oz still water (preferably filtered)

  • few drops of natural almond essence

Directions

  • Toss the skinned and stoned peaches on the blender
  • Add the tofu
  • Then add the low-carb vanilla ice cream
  • Add water
  • Lastly, add a few drops of natural almond essence
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour the smoothie on the drinking glass
  • Enjoy!
