Prep time




  • 2 ice cubes

  • 3 1/2 oz apricots (skinned and stoned)

  • 1 1/4 oz ground almonds

  • 2 fl oz soy(a) milk

  • 2 oz soy(a) yogurt

  • chopped almonds to decorate


  • Put ice cubes to the blender
  • Add the skinned and stoned apricots
  • Add the ground almonds
  • Pour over the soy(a) milk
  • Then add the soy(a) yogurt
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour the mix into a drinking glass then decorate with chopped almonds
  • Enjoy!
