Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz stewed rhubarb

  • 3 ice cubes

  • 3 1/2 oz Greek natural yogurt

  • 2 drops vanilla essence

  • artificial sweetener to taste

Directions

  • Put the ice cubes to the blender
  • Then add the stewed rhubarb
  • Add the Greek natural yogurt
  • Add two drops of vanilla essence
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into the drinking glass
  • Add artificial sweetener to taste
  • Enjoy!
