Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz scallions (spring onions)

  • 1/2 small chili pepper

  • 1/2 medium avocado

  • 2 ice cubes

  • 3 1/2 fl oz tomato juice

  • a few cilantro (coriander) leaves (plus extra to decorate)

Directions

  • Toss the scallions, small chili pepper and avocado to the blender
  • Add the ice cubes
  • Then pour the tomato juice
  • Blend until smooth
  • Transfer the mixture into the drinking glass then add a few cilantro leaves to decorate
  • Enjoy!
