Prep time




  • 3 1/2 oz cherries (pitted)

  • 1 1/4 oz chocolate flavored whey protein powder

  • 3 1/2 fl oz soy(a) milk

  • 3 ice cubes

  • cocoa powder to decorate


  • Add ice cubes to the blender
  • Add the pitted cherries
  • Add in the chocolate flavored whey protein powder
  • Pour over the soy(a) milk
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into a drinking glass and decorate with cocoa powder
  • Enjoy!
