Some of the Many Health Benefits of Passion Fruit

What’s your passion? What’s in your passion?

Enclosed in a small yellow ball, is a bundle of fiber, your heart’s favorite. Passion fruit has large amounts of fiber which helps to ‘vacuum’ some of that bad cholesterol that may seem trapped inside your body.

It is also good at telling you to eat less. If your body has a hard time breaking down glucose (sensitive to insulin), passion can help to improve such a response. This, of course, helps you to manage your weight.

What a joy! How much more would your body be thanking you? I think it’s safe to say that passion fruit is good at multitasking.

Vitamins B3 and B6 are also present, which helps to improve thyroid function. Healthy thyroid functioning means an improvement in how your body uses food and releases energy.

Therefore, it’s easier to control your weight and your blood glucose levels. What enters your body, can either help or harm it.

Which would you choose?

Some of the Many Health Benefits of Papaya

ACE your way to a healthy lifestyle! How many A’s does Papaya have? Four! That’s right, I bet you thought it was three.

It is rich in Vitamin A, C, and E (antioxidants). These are some beneficial ingredients for your skin and eyesight (vitamin A), a major part of your healthy lifestyle journey.

Though it contains natural sugars, the fiber content does so well at cooperating, it slowly oozes out the sugars, so there’s not a spike in your bloodstream.

From a ball of passion fruit to a base of rich vitamin A fruit we call Papaya, makes an antioxidant-rich smoothie!
