  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats (rolled oats)

  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup milk (suggestion: almond milk)

  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey to sweeten if needed

  • 1 pinch salt (optional)

Directions
