Cocoa is the main ingredient in chocolate products, and we have chosen cocoa powder as one of ours. Interestingly, it helps to send signals to the brain that the stomach is full.

How helpful are the other ingredients? Take a look at how your issues can be answered:

Bananas help to lower your bad cholesterol, due to its high fiber content in the pulp.

It’s not only a ‘flavour booster,’ but also a ‘muscle booster,’ especially during workouts, because of the high levels of potassium it contains.

‘Buzz off’ the weight with bee pollen! Bee pollen has unsaturated (good) fat and helps to retard weight gain. Another great benefit is that it helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.

Losing Those Extra Weights

Coffee is not only an energizer, but it helps to burn carbohydrates and fats, which are usually coupled with weight gain.

The potassium and magnesium in it also help to normalize blood pressure, which is usually a concern if your weight seems to be climbing higher than normal.

Let’s mop up some bad cholesterol with old fashioned oats! Refined oats are usually robbed of some protein during processing.

A smoothie is undone without milk! Whole milk has a high-fat content, so depending on where you are in your weight loss journey, soy or almond milk may offer you the greatest benefits, as they would have less fat and more fiber.
