Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp strong black coffee, chilled

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tsp stevia

  • 1 tbsp of unsweetened, shredded coconut

  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Put all ingredients, except the shredded coconut, into the blender.
  • Pulse until smooth.
  • Pour into a drinking glass.
  • Garnish with the shredded coconut.
  • Enjoy!
