Ingredients

  • 1/2 peach

  • 1 scoop soy(a) protein powder (suggested: vanilla flavor)

  • 1 cup green tea (brewed to preferred strength)

Directions

  • Cut the peaches up into chunks and add to your blender
  • Add protein powder and green tea
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pout into an suitable glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use frozen peaches if you cannot get hold of fresh ones.

    It is better to let the green tea cool down completely before using it.

    If I am using fresh peaches, I prefer to put my green tea in the fridge for a while to bring down the temperature of the finished smoothie without having to add ice.

    When using soy(a) protein powder, I always prefer to use a GMO-free brand.
