  • 1/2 cup fruit juice (suggestion: mixed pomegranate and orange juice)

  • 1/4 cup frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (suggestion: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)

  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale, preferably organic

  • 1/2 tbsp flax seed meal

  • 1 tbsp silken tofu (OPTIONAL)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend on high until smooth
  • Pour into a serving glass
